Sad Song.
You tried to hide the pain inside.
That is where you went wrong.
Because crying is just a song.
A sad song it is indeed.
But still a song that we need.
Better days are never had.
Without the ones that make us sad.
It’s not a song to keep inside.
For then it spreads far and wide.
Better yet to share the load.
And have a friend you can hold.
Just know that I am hear for you.
And I sing the sad songs too.
I hope the words that I say.
Will help you through another day.
